At Eternal Care Stone Services, my mission is to provide more than just a cleaning service; it's about offering a promise of care and respect for a family's legacy. This mission begins the moment you contact me, and it’s why I have a specific policy for estimates. Every headstone is a unique artifact with its own story, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply won't do it justice.
That’s why I am happy to offer FREE estimates within Perth County, Ontario. For projects outside of Perth County, I provide estimates for a fee of $25, which is fully credited toward any service you book with us.
Why an Estimate is Essential
You might be wondering why I don't provide a quote over the phone with just a simple photo. The answer is that each memorial is special and needs to be assessed in person. The cost of a service depends on several crucial factors:
Size and Material: The dimensions of the stone and the material it’s made from (granite, marble, limestone, etc.) determine the time, tools, and specific solutions required.
Condition and Growth: The amount of biological growth—like moss, lichen, mold, and algae—varies greatly. A stone with heavy, decades-old growth requires a much more intensive and time-consuming process than one with light surface stains.
Time and Technique: I take the time to carefully evaluate the best and most gentle cleaning and restoration techniques to ensure the integrity of the stone is never compromised.
This personalized assessment ensures you receive an accurate and fair quote, with no hidden fees or surprises. It’s a transparent process that reflects the care and professionalism I put into every job.
Enrollment in Our Maintenance Program
I also want to introduce our maintenance program, designed for the long-term preservation of your loved one's memorial. Once I’ve performed the initial, deep cleaning service, I can return every year to re-treat the stone with a specialized product like D2. This annual maintenance service prevents the regrowth of biological organisms, keeping the stone looking pristine year after year without the need for another full restoration. It's a proactive and affordable way to ensure your family's history remains clear and beautiful for generations.
Whether you're located in Perth County or a surrounding area, I invite you to contact me for an estimate. It’s the first step in a process built on respect, honesty, and a shared passion for preserving our past.
