Here at Eternal Care Stone Services, we believe in honoring those who have served our country with the utmost respect and gratitude. As Remembrance Day approaches, we wanted to find a meaningful way to give back to our local veteran community. That's why we're incredibly excited to announce our special contest: 11 Weeks of Headstone Cleanings for Veterans!

​For the next eleven weeks, leading right up to Remembrance Day, we will be giving away one complimentary headstone cleaning each week to a deserving veteran in our area. It's our small way of ensuring their memorials are as pristine and well-maintained as their service was honorable.

​We've already kicked off this initiative, and the response has been truly heartwarming. Our first winner, Kim, shared a beautiful and touching experience with us. When I delivered the message that she had won, I could feel the emotion in her message as she said she began to cry. Her story, like so many others, is a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made for our freedom.

​Kim later shared some incredible photos and stories with me about Edith and Leonards time in service. It was an absolute privilege to connect with her, hear about their experiences, and learn more about their contributions. These moments are what make this contest so incredibly rewarding for us.

​We've just posted our next contest for this week's cleaning, and we're eagerly anticipating the opportunity to spotlight more veterans and learn about their invaluable contributions. Stay tuned to our blog for an upcoming post where we'll share a bit more about our next selected veteran.
